ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System

Following the successful ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System Certification Audit in October 2020, Vera Clinic was awarded the ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System certification. Our annual audits have consistently revealed no major non-conformities.

Accreditation of Healthcare Facilities and Standardization of Quality

Turkey rapidly implemented a comprehensive healthcare reform program around the turn of the 21st century, including attempts to distribute competent medical workers nationwide. Turkey’s healthcare reform required the accreditation of hospitals to standardize quality.

The Turkish Ministry of Health acted decisively to certify and standardize healthcare facilities in Turkey. Turkey is now one of the top three countries with the most accredited healthcare facilities due to government policy and active cooperation between the Turkish Ministry of Health and private healthcare facilities. Vera Clinic is one of the few clinics in Turkey receiving full accreditation from the Turkish Ministry of Health by successfully achieving all the accreditation requirements.
