Ülkü Rukiye Özkan is a highly accomplished hair transplant specialist with 10 years of dedicated operational experience gained at Vera Clinic. She holds an official “Hair Transplant Assistant and Practitioner Certification” issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health.
Having actively contributed to hair restoration procedures alongside Vera Clinic’s hair transplant doctors throughout her career, Özkan demonstrates exceptional technical mastery in the meticulous sorting and preparation of grafts collected from the donor area. She possesses specialized experience in supporting the doctors with complex donor structures, including Afro-textured hair restoration, where curved roots call for particular care in graft handling. Equally versatile across implantation methodologies, Özkan assists the doctor during implantation, including Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) and traditional forceps graft placement with high accuracy. Combining her clinical skill with a keen focus on natural growth angles and density distribution, Özkan follows medical protocols and the doctors’ instructions, supporting patient safety and comfort.
