Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Engin Selamioğlu began his successful professional journey at Cerrahpaşa University, one of Turkey’s most prestigious institutions, where he joined the Faculty of Medicine. After earning his bachelor’s degree in medicine, Dr. Selamioğlu decided to specialize in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, with a particular focus on rhinoplasty.
He conducted extensive research on the rare complications of rhinoplasty and patients’ expectations, using proportional measurements and modern simulation programs. Over the years, Dr. Selamioğlu has served in various state hospitals in Turkey, including Merzifon Karamustafapaşa State Hospital and Sancaktepe Martyr Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital.Despite his extensive experience, Dr. Selamioğlu continues to expand his expertise as a researcher. He has published numerous studies on other reconstructive surgeries and vascular repairs, contributing significantly to the field.
