Vera Clinic is proud to share that our purpose-built medical facility in Istanbul has been selected as a winner of the 2026 iF Design Award, one of the most respected recognitions in global design.
This award is not only about architecture. It reflects a broader vision: that healthcare spaces should be intentionally designed to support both medical performance and patient experience.
A New Standard in Healthcare Architecture
When we designed the Vera Clinic building, the goal was never to create a typical medical interior. From the beginning, the project was approached as a fully integrated medical structure where space, flow, light, and infrastructure work together.
The building was planned around clinical movement and real surgical workflow. Circulation routes were structured carefully. Lighting was engineered to reduce glare and create visual stability. Materials were selected to balance sterility with warmth. Each design decision was guided by how the environment would influence both physicians and patients.
The iF jury recognized this integration of architecture and medical logic, a space where design serves function, and function enhances care.
International Recognition and Legacy
The 2026 iF Design Award adds to Vera Clinic’s history of international acknowledgments across medicine and design.
In 2021, we received the European Award in Medicine in Paris, recognizing institutions that elevate standards in treatment quality and patient systems. In 2024, Vera Clinic was honored with the International Design Award (IDA) Silver Award in Los Angeles, highlighting our ability to combine clinical structure with contemporary architectural language.
Together, these milestones reflect a consistent direction rather than isolated achievements.
Quality Frameworks Behind the Structure
Awards represent visibility. Systems represent sustainability.
Vera Clinic operates under internationally verified frameworks that shape daily clinical operations. ISO 9001:2015 certification confirms structured quality management and monitored processes across departments. ISO 10002 supports documented patient communication and feedback systems. As a registered member of TÜRSAB, Vera Clinic provides regulated healthcare tourism services for international patients.
These standards form the operational foundation of the environment recognized by the iF Design Award.
Education as Institutional Responsibility
Vera Clinic Academy, authorized by the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education, extends our role beyond treatment delivery. The academy provides certified training to licensed physicians, contributing to structured protocol development within hair restoration practice.
This institutional layer reinforces that our facility is not only a treatment center, but a clinical education environment grounded in regulated standards.
Clinical Practice Within an Award-Winning Space
Within this architectural framework, Vera Clinic delivers physician-led hair restoration procedures supported by technology-driven systems. The building was planned to enhance sterility control, surgical focus, and operational consistency.
Proprietary post-operative protocols such as OxyCure™ hyperbaric oxygen therapy are integrated directly into structured care pathways. The physical environment and the clinical system were designed to function together, not separately.
A Vision Confirmed
The 2026 iF Design Award validates a principle that has guided Vera Clinic from the beginning: healthcare environments should be engineered with the same discipline as the treatments performed inside them.
Architecture is not decoration. It is part of the clinical system.
At Vera Clinic, that system is built, tested, and in daily operation.
