Spécialiste en thérapie subaquatique et hyperbare
Elle est diplômée de la faculté de médecine d'Istanbul de l'Université d'Istanbul et du département de gestion des entreprises (programme en anglais) de l'Université de Marmara. Elle a effectué sa formation clinique en neurologie à la faculté de médecine de l'Université de Marmara et à l'hôpital d'enseignement et de recherche Dr Lütfi Kırdar. Elle a achevé sa formation de spécialité en médecine subaquatique et hyperbare à la faculté de médecine d'Istanbul.
Elle est spécialisée en oxygénothérapie hyperbare et en médecine subaquatique, ainsi que dans des domaines de la médecine complémentaire tels que l'ozonothérapie, la phytothérapie, l'aromathérapie, la mésothérapie, la réflexologie et la thérapie par ventouses.
Publications scientifiques et recherche
Les travaux de recherche du Dr Çakkalkurt portent sur l'oxygénothérapie hyperbare, de la cicatrisation des plaies à la perte auditive, en passant par la médecine de plongée et l'oncologie.
